The sustainabilty of the moss is a key factor for us and only the top loose moss is harvested enabling growth to continue year after year. In the picture below you can see the moss and how we collect it fresh for delivery. The field is 20 acres and the moss grows back every year. It is packed right away as you can see the 80 litre bags on the tractor.
